We are not a real-estate agent, broker, builder, or property dealer under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) or state rent-control laws. We do not buy, sell, rent, lease, or negotiate property on our own account.
1. Acceptance
By accessing FloorAdda (website, mobile apps, APIs, or ERP panels), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Platform & Listing Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Platform role
- Marketplace: Owners, brokers, builders, and residents publish listings and leads. All sale, purchase, rent, lease, and commercial transactions are solely between end users. FloorAdda provides search, communication tools, and optional services (e.g. rent-agreement drafts) but is not a party to any property deal.
- Society ERP: Housing societies and RWAs subscribe to software for billing, gate, helpdesk, and governance. The society remains responsible for resident data, notices, and compliance with its bye-laws.
- No guarantee: We do not verify every listing field, title document, or price. Users must conduct independent due diligence, site visits, and legal checks before paying token money or advance rent.
3. User accounts & listings
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure.
- Listings, photos, prices, and descriptions must be truthful and owned or authorised by you.
- We may remove content that is fraudulent, discriminatory, illegal, or violates our Platform Policy without notice.
- Society-verified or ERP-synced badges indicate data supplied by an onboarded tenant; they are not a warranty by FloorAdda.
4. Fees & payments
Platform subscription, featured listing, or service fees (where charged) are disclosed at checkout. Property transaction payments (token, rent, deposit) are made directly between users unless a separate written agreement with Bhojuveer, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India states otherwise. FloorAdda is not responsible for refunds between buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants.
5. Intellectual property
FloorAdda software, branding, and curated content are owned by Bhojuveer, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India or its licensors. You retain rights to content you upload but grant us a licence to display, host, and promote it on the platform.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Bhojuveer, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user transactions, listing accuracy, gate incidents, payment disputes, or third-party services. Our aggregate liability for platform services is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Bhojuveer, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India against claims arising from your listings, misuse of the ERP, violation of law, or breach of these terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal requirement, or risk to other users. Societies may export data per subscription terms before closure.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection forums.
